AEDEM

European Research on Management and Business Economics (ERMBE) is a journal published every four months (January, May and September) by European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM) since 1995. ERMBE uses a doubled blind peer-review system for all articles submitted. In order to guarantee the quality, interest and scientific accuracy of the articles published, ERMBE has a Scientific Committee and an Editorial Board, whose members actively collaborate in the selection and review of the articles submitted for consideration.

European Journal of Management and Business Economics, EJM & BE, is interested in the publication and diffusion of articles of rigorous theoretical, methodological or empirical research associated with the areas of strategy, finance, management, marketing, organisation, human resources, operations, corporate governance and tourism. The Journal attempts to attract original knowledge based on academic rigour and of relevance for academics, researchers, professionals, and/or public decision-makers.

The electronic version of EJM & BE is Open Access and it will use the Creative Commons licence. The autor/s will transfer the copyright to the Society and will select the use of CC BY 4.0 License (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), which permit the article to be read, printed and downloaded, as well as distributed it in Open Access repositories.

El Journal of Management and Business Education (JMBE) tiene como misión contribuir a la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la gestión y los negocios, mediante la publicación de investigaciones científicas que aborden esta temática desde cualquier enfoque y entorno: escuelas, universidades, empresas y organizaciones no lucrativas.

Además, JMBE también publica trabajos que abordan cuestiones de interés sobre el entorno institucional y la administración de escuelas enseñanza y sus grupos de interés. La revista representa un foro excelente en el que difundir y discutir innovaciones actuales en la enseñanza de la gestión y los negocios.
